Please review our brief FAQ below before contacting us directly, as we may be dealing with a large volume of requests. We will do our best to help you get connected and participate in this special event.

We will have the webcast available as an archive shortly after the event, so those of you unable to view the live webcast can still view the archived webcast another day. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

When I view one of the Live Webcast pages my browser is having problems connecting, what can I do?

We are aware that some browsers, particularly those with older versions of the Netscape browser (4.0 or lower), have problems with Real Player when embedded in a page. In order to bypass that issue, you have two options:

  1. Use Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or greater; or
  2. Use Firefox 1.5 or greater; or
  3. Use one of the following links to open one of the live webcasts in Real Player all by itself:
    • Click HERE for the first live stream.
    • Click HERE for the second live stream.
What software do I need in order to view the webcast?

You MUST have the latest version of the Real Player application installed on your computer in order to reliably view the webcast. You may click on the following link for a download page for Real Player:
