We will have the webcast available as an archive shortly after the event, so those of you who were unable to view the live webcast may still view the archived webcast another day. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

• When I view the Archived Webcast page my browser is having problems connecting, what can I do?
• What software do I need in order to view the webcast?
• How can I reach someone for technical assistance?

We are aware that some browsers, particularly those with older versions of the Netscape browser (4.0 or lower), have problems with Real Player when embedded in a page. In order to bypass that issue, you have two options:

1. Use Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or greater; or
2. Use Firefox 1.5 or greater; or
3. Use the following link to open one of the archived webcast in Real Player all by itself:
