| I use Netscape and am having problems connecting, what can I do? | TOP |
|
 |
We are aware that some Netscape users,
particularly those with older versions of that browser (4.0 or lower), have problems
with the Real Player when embedded in a page. In order to bypass that issue, you have
two options:
- Use Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or greater; or
This will attempt to open the webcast in Real Player all by itself.
- If the above link is down Click HERE.

| What software do I need in order to view the webcast? | TOP |
|
 |
You MUST have the Real Player
application installed on your computer in order to view the webcast. You may use either the FREE version or their for-pay version.

 |
| Where can I find the latest version of the Real Player software? | TOP |
|
 |
If you DO NOT
have Real Player already installed on your machine, you will need to go to
http://www.real.com and follow the links to
their FREE player. There is a direct link on the bottom right corner of their main page at the
time of this FAQ write-up. At any time it may be a bit more of a hunt, since they regularly change their
website's layout and heavily advertise their for-pay player; however, if you look closely on
each page, you should find a link to their free player on each. You DO NOT need to choose the FREE-TRIAL version of their for-pay
software; it is unnecessary and should only be done if that is your intention.
Once you find the Download page for their
free Real Player, follow their instructions for downloading and installing the required
files. Your machine may request to be rebooted. If it does, reboot it and then attempt to
connect to the webcast.
