Welcome to our Technical
Assistance page!
Please review our brief FAQ below before contacting us directly, as
we may be dealing with a large volume of requests on DNA Day. We will do our best to
help you get connected and participate in this special event. We will have the webcast available as an archive shortly after the event, so
those of you unable to view the live webcast can still view the webcast another day. We
apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

| What software do I need in order to view the webcast? |
 |
You MUST have the free Real One Player
application installed on your computer in order to view the webcast.
|
 |
| Where can I find the Real One Player software? |
 |
If you DO NOT
have the Real One Player already installed on your machine, you will need to go to
http://www.real.com and follow the links to
their FREE player. There is a direct link on the bottom right corner of their main page at the
time of this FAQ write-up. At any time it may be a bit more of a hunt, since they regularly change their
website's layout and heavily advertise their for-pay player; however, if you look closely on
each page, you should find a link to their free player on each. DO NOT choose their FREE-TRIAL version of their for-pay
software by mistake; it is unnecessary.
Once you find the Download page for their
free Real One Player, follow their instructions for downloading and installing the required
files. Your machine may request to be rebooted. If it does, reboot it and then attempt to
connect to the webcast.
