One of the downsides to starting medical school is that you have to fill out what seems like an endless number of forms, surveys, and questionnaires. Some of these are required by the American Medical Association, others are required by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).
Some are required by other agencies and still others are required by the University of Miami School of Medicine.
But all of them are important and it’s imperative that you complete all of these forms and surveys when requested to do so.

The first of these surveys is an important one. It is required by the AAMC and is to be completed by every student starting medical school in the United States in 2009. It is called the:

“2009 Matriculating Student Questionnaire” (or simply, “MSQ”)

It will be available on the web in late June 2009 and can be filled out by going to: https://services.aamc.org/msq
