Occupational Safety and Health Administration
Prior to Orientation on August 6th, 2009, you are REQUIRED to have completed an on-line OSHA and Formaldehyde training module. These OSHA requirements are intended to protect the health and safety of all health care workers and their patients, and are a federal mandate.
The training sessions are available on-line (see links below). At the end of each on-line course there is an exam that must be completed and passed to be certified. Follow the instructions from the video so your information is saved in the database. The results of the exam are reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs and become part of your official student record.
You will NOT be allowed to start class nor anatomy lab unless you have completed this educational module. This is not a requirement to take lightly. We would hate to have to delay your start of medical school because you have not complied with this important mandate.

The user must make sure that his/her computer has the Macromedia Authorware Player, which can be downloaded for free here.
