We have negotiated with FAU to offer health insurance to the Regional Campus Medical Students through United Healthcare.
You also have the option of enrolling in the policy offered through the main campus or through another provider.

To enroll in the FAU policy, you will need to do the following:

1. Please read the 'Policy Brochure' and services offered at the FAU Student Health Center.
2. Click on choice of 'Enrollment Forms'.
3. Check boxes for both 'Annual Coverage' as well as 'Special August Coverage Period for UM/FAU Medical Students'.
4. Submit/Mail/ or FAX enrollment form.
